How to take GTF chrome?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times a day with food.

Precautions

Only for adults. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant / nursing, taking medications (especially those that could affect glucose levels), or if you have a medical condition (especially blood sugar control disorders). Keep out of the reach of children.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Composition of GTF chrome

Other Ingredients:
Cellulose, Stearic acid (vegetable source), Magnesium stearate (vegetable source), Vegetarian coating.

For 1 tablet:
Chromium (Chromium GTF) (from the amino acid chelate Chromium Chelavite) (200 mcg).
