How to take Lipolife Liposomal Omega 3?
It is recommended to take one teaspoon (5 ml) a day, with or without food. Shake before taking. It can be taken directly or mixed with water or juice.

Water, Sweetener (xylitol), Oil rich in DHA and EPA from Schizochytrium sp. (700mg); Emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), Humectant (glycerol), Ethanol, Preservative (potassium sorbate), Pineapple aroma, Antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol).
