L-tyrosine, ashwagandha extract, glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), guggul (Commiphora mukul) extract, vitamin C, forskohlii (Coleus forskohlii) extract, turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract, zinc citrate, selenomethionine, antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate), vitamin A, potassium iodide, vitamin D3. Content per recommended daily amount (2 capsules): vitamin A μg, Vitamin C 150 mg, vitamin d3 (200 IU) 5μg, iodine 150μg, zinc 20 mg, selenium 200μg, L-tyrosine 500 mg, ashwagandha 400 mg (2.5 % withanolides), forskohlii 100 mg, guggul 150 mg, turmeric 100 mg.
