How to take Summer pack?

Bacteri 17 expert resilience

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass with lukewarm water at a maximum of 37°C. Higher temperatures negatively influence the viability of bacteria. By dissolving the powder in water, the bacteria is given the opportunity to come out of dormancy and become active. This makes them more resistant to stomach acid and bile, and more bacteria survive this difficult passage. The supplement can be drunk directly.

It is recommended to drink the content standing. When we stand, the stomach muscles are in a position that speeds up the passage through the stomach. Also, to get the best possible effect, it is recommended to take the Bacteri supplement on an empty stomach before going to sleep. Another good time to take it is half an hour before breakfast or in combination with a meal rich in carbohydrates and low in fat.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. At the beginning of treatment with a prebiotic or with a compound of bacterial strains, gas formation and/or colic may occur. After some time (usually a week) the body adjusts and these effects lessen or disappear. In case of discomfort it may be sensible to reduce the starting dose for the first two weeks to half the recommended dosage. It is possible that there are incompatibilities with medicines and health products. Consult a specialist for it. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
