How to take Schussler trio metabolism salts 8+9+10?

Dissolve 4 tablets of each salt in the mouth 3 times a day. Children up to 12 years: take half the dose. You can dissolve the daily treatment in a bottle of water and drink in sips.

Salt 8 (natrium chloratum): lactose (milk), gum arabic, biotin, sodium chloride. Salt 9 (natrium phosphoricum): lactose (milk), gum arabic, biotin, sodium phosphate. Salt 10 (natrium phosphoricum): lactose (milk), gum arabic, biotin, sodium sulfate.

Quantity per 12 tablets of Sal 8: sodium chloride 0.84 µg, D-biotin 11.50 µg.

Quantity per 12 tablets of Sal 9: sodium phosphate 0.84 µg, D-biotin 8.75 µg.

Quantity per 12 tablets of Sal 10: sodium sulfate 0.84 µg, D-biotin 11.75 µg.
