How to take Refluward HA Honey Gastrointestinal Support?

It is recommended to take 1 sachet of 10 ml 2 times a day, after the two main meals, or 1 sachet at night before going to bed. Shake the contents of the sachet by applying light pressure to the walls, then open it and take the contents directly.

Precautions
