Properties and benefits of Quercetin with bromelain

- Quercetin activates the body's antioxidant mechanisms, while acting as a "scavenger" (neutralizer) of free radicals, oxidizing molecules that promote the aging of the body.

- Bromelain is an enzyme that improves the absorption of Quercetin, and also has benefits for joints and muscles.

How to take Quercetin with bromelain?

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.

Precautions
