How to take Plus l-lysine 1000 mg?

Take 3 tablets a day, preferably without meals.

Composition of Plus l-lysine 1000 mg

Vitamin (ascorbic acid), L-lysine (lysine HCl), coating: cellulose; Zinc (chelated), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), anti-caking agent: stearic acids; acerola berries, rose hips, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; rice concentrate.
