Properties and benefits of Immune complex

Bioflavonoids, also called flavonoids, are secondary plant substances that we consume mainly through our daily diet and that are known for their antioxidant properties. Immune Complex contains natural bioflavonoids from grapefruit seed extract (Citrus paradisi).

Vitamin C is extracted from the fruit of organic amla, acerola cherries, camu-camu fruit and rose hips, the fruit of the dog rose. Vitamin C is known for its positive effect on our immune system.

Immune Complex also contains the two nutrients zinc and selenium, which are essential trace elements, essential for our health and essential for numerous processes in our body. The defense function of our body, for example, depends on the balance of zinc and selenium.

How to take Immune complex?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet with a glass of water 2 times a day.
