How to take Holomega metabolic balance?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, in the morning. Do not take more than 2 capsules per day, nor exceed the recommended daily amount of monacolin K (2.9 mg).

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.
