High content of vitamins B6, D3 and K2: vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function, helps regulate hormonal activity and reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of bones under normal conditions. How to take Holomega menocomfort?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the morning and another at night, before going to bed. It is recommended to take at least 12 weeks.

Dunal), shatavari (Asparagus racemosus Willd.) and guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia (Willd.) Miers) ), 500mg; laurel dry extract (Laurus nobilis L.), 50 mg; Lifenol® (hops dry extract (Humulus lupulus L.)), 45 mg; menaquinone (vitamin K2, 1000 ppm), 30 mg; cholecalciferol (vitamin D3, 100,000 IU/g), 20 mg; pyridoxine hydrochloride (82.29% vitamin B6), 2 mg.
