How to take Fo-Ti (He-Shou-Wu) 500 mg?

It is recommended as a dietary supplement, take 1 vegetable capsule a day with water.

Precautions

Do not take this product if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you have or have ever had liver disease.

Composition of Fo-Ti (He-Shou-Wu) 500 mg

Excipients:
Rice flour, Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), L-leucine, Maltodextrin, Silica

For 1 vegetable capsule:
Fo-Ti (Polygonum multiflorum) (root) extract (standardized to a minimum of 2% tetrahydroxystilbene-glucoside) (500 mg).
