Description
Food supplement based on Iron, Folic Acid (folate) and Vitamins C and B12. Supplemental intake of folic acid increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate level is a risk factor for developing fetal neural tube defects.
Indication
Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy and to normal hematopoiesis. Iron contributes to normal cognitive function and normal energy metabolism, to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body. Together with folic acid and vitamin B12, it contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day on a full stomach, with plenty of water, for proper supplementation.
