Indication

The yogurt maker is compact and easy to use: just mix the milk and yogurt perfectly in a bowl and then divide it into 7 glass jars. After 12 hours you will get a very creamy and healthy homemade yogurt using only genuine ingredients. You can store the yogurt in the 7 glass jars, included in the yogurt maker, in the refrigerator to maintain its freshness

Intake mode

It is recommended to pour the milk into a container and add approximately 175 gr of natural yogurt or the amount of one glass of that already prepared with yogurtella (you can add 1 tablespoon of powdered milk to the preparation to make the yogurt thicker and creamier ).

Mix well for approximately 1 minute, so that a perfect dissolution of the yogurt in the milk is obtained.

Pour all the mixture into the yogurt maker cups, place them in the corresponding housing inside the appliance and seal with the corresponding lids. Cover the yogurt maker with its lid and plug the plug into the power outlet. Press the power switch to start the operation; the corresponding indicator light will illuminate.

Allow approximately 12 hours to elapse (for example from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the following morning).

Attention:
During this phase it is necessary to leave the yogurt maker in a sheltered environment, at rest without moving it, hitting it or making it vibrate.

Processing time:

• Cold milk: 12 hours.
• Warm milk (not more than 35°C): 12 hours.

After the necessary time has elapsed, turn off the appliance by pressing the corresponding off switch and disconnect the plug from the socket. Remove the glasses and place them in the refrigerator; after approximately two hours the yogurt will be ready to taste.

In the event that you want to produce a smaller amount of yogurt, for example 3 cups, the other 4 have to be filled with water. Failure to comply with what is described above can jeopardize the good results of the yogurt.
