This bag is an innovative, ecological and healthy alternative to plastic. Intake mode

It is recommended to cook in the microwave and not to close the bag. In the oven with a papillote and in a bain-marie or using the sous-vide technique (cook by immersing the closed bag in hot water at a low temperature). These are techniques that we have never recommended using with plastic bags, but that we can do with these platinum silicone bags.

Precautions

Wash well after each use with soap and water.

Storage conditions

Keep and store food in the pantry, in the fridge or in the freezer. It closes hermetically only by pressing firmly on the edges. For better preservation of food and for it to take up less volume, extract the air from inside the bag before closing it.
