Description
Pollen is a rich source of protein. Bees collect pollen from flowers, dispersing it to ensure pollination. It is an essential food for the breeding of bees. It is produced throughout the Iberian Peninsula.
Intake mode
It is recommended to place directly, or in maceration in cold or warm sugary liquids for about 15 minutes, and as an ingredient in the preparation of kitchen dishes and all kinds of cosmetics and food preparations intended for the care of people and animals.
Storage conditions
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place and away from heat sources. Avoid contact with direct sunlight.
