Description
Sonnentor Organic Ground Ceylon Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of the cinnamon tree, it also has a sweet and mild flavor with light notes of orange.
This spice is indispensable in our kitchens, as the spice belongs to rice puddings, stews and cakes, but is also at home in Arab, Ethiopian and Indian dishes.
Cinnamon is one of the spices with the most antioxidant power because of the phenols it contains, as in wine, and because of the flavonoids, also present in blueberries, it also contains vitamins B1 and C and minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, iron and potassium.
