Description
Terrasana Arrowroot is a powdered Japanese thickener, ideal for effectively thickening soups, sauces and (hot) desserts. This powder, made from the arrowroot plant, is clear and has a neutral taste. It also lends itself very well to replace eggs in sweet pastry products.
Intake mode
It is recommended to thicken 250ml of liquid, dissolve 1 tablespoon of arrowroot in 2-3 tablespoons of cold water. Add the paste to curries, stews or custards.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store tightly in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max. 20 °C).
