Organic whole wheat spelled and dextrined wheat toast. 100% whole wheat and spelled bread. With 12% sourdough of whole wheat flour ground in a stone mill. High fiber content. No added sugars (contains naturally present sugars). Low in fat and saturated fat. Original flavor and texture. New packaging. More protection.

The cardboard used in the sales unit is FSC certified cardboard, that is, cardboard from sustainably managed forests.

Indication

ESPELTROTE is made without sugar, without industrial additives, without improvers, or artificial preservatives. With the only ingredients of bread, bread. We work them with care and we cook them slowly to achieve a unique bread.

We use sourdough, a natural ferment that, in addition to enhancing the texture and flavor, results in a bread with greater digestibility, a lower glycemic index and that helps improve the absorption of minerals. Our sourdough is made with whole wheat flour ground in a stone mill. This process of grinding the grain is carried out in a single step and at low speed, which helps the flour retain its nutritional and organoleptic qualities, giving the product a unique flavor and aroma.

Made with one hundred percent whole wheat flour, that is, preserving all the layers of the cereal grain, thus maintaining its high nutritional profile and obtaining a bread with high fiber content.

ESPELTROTE is high in protein, low in fat and low in saturated fat. A lower consumption of the latter contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. It has no added sugars *.

Storage conditions
