Description

Sprouted, spelled bread - natural from Terrasana is made without yeast or sourdough. It consists solely of spelled and water. A special sandwich, deliciously creamy and very nutritious. Ideal as a hearty lunch!

Indication

This organic bread does not contain yeast or sourdough - it actually only consists of spelled and water. Germ bread is made by germinating spelled grains for 2-3 days and then baking them at a low temperature (110 ° C-130 ° C). In this way, the maximum amount of nutrients and fiber is preserved. It's a deliciously filling sandwich that you don't need much of because it's so nutritious. Delicious with miso and nut butter, homemade hummus or chocolate cream. Also try the other 5 types of germ bread!

Intake mode

Grilling in a sandwich maker is recommended, that makes it tastier!
