Description
The Shirataki (vermicelli with konjac) from Celnat: konjac is a tuber cultivated in Asia which is renowned for its multiple benefits, especially on cholesterol.
Indication
It is part of the slimming food of Japanese. To be consumed, konjac is first cooked, then pounded, dried and finally, ground into a fine powder. The latter will then be mixed with syrup and tapioca starch to form a paste, that of Shirataki.
Intake mode
It is recommended to provide about a glass of cereal per person. Soak overnight. Then discard the soaking water. Pour the small spelled into 3 times its volume of cold salted water and cook for about 1 hour after boiling.
