Description
Magic Broth Nutritional Protein Broth is a dehydrated broth that is easy to prepare by mixing the powdered preparation with boiling water, and that provides an exceptional amount of nutrients in their bioavailable form.Indication
High content of essential vitamins and minerals, as well as complete proteins.
- 9g of protein per 250ml cup (more than an egg).
- 15g of protein per 400ml plate (about two eggs).
It is ideal for enjoying an extremely healthy meal, quickly and easily. In addition, it is very tasty, since thanks to different types of inactivated yeasts it is reminiscent of the classic “chicken broth”.
Like all Energy Feelings products, it is vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and other allergen-free and Clean Label.
Magic Broth nutritional protein broth is mainly composed of extracts of inactive nutritional yeast, so they do not cause the development of yeast in the intestinal tract; and that gives it 41% bioavailable proteins with a complete aminogram profile, comparable to whey or egg protein.
In addition, it is extraordinarily rich in all the B vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and the precious B12. It also provides Vitamin D, Zinc and Selenium.
Intake mode
For broth:
Heat water until it starts to boil. Pour the Magic Broth nutritional protein broth into the plate or bowl and add a little hot water, stirring, until there are no lumps. Add the rest of hot water.
For 1 cup: mix 20g of magic broth with 200 ml of hot water.
For 1 bowl of broth (400 ml): mix 40 g of Magic Broth(™) with 400 ml of hot water.
For soup:
Prepare the soup of your choice and when it is ready, turn off the heat, add the Magic Broth, mix well and serve.
We recommend using between 6 and 10g for every 100ml of water.
Recipe: Vegetable soup
Ingredients for 2-3 servings:
● 60g of Magic Broth nutritional protein broth
● 1l of water
● 100g carrots
● 100g zucchini
● 50g celery
● 30g kale or cabbage leaves
● EVOO
● Sea salt
Preparation:
● Chop the vegetables
● Pour into a pot
● Add 1l of water and bring to a boil
● Lower the heat and cook without the lid for 10 min.
● Turn off the heat and add the Magic Broth nutritional broth
● Stir until dissolved
● Serve the soup
Recipe: Onion Soup with Vegan Mozzarella
Ingredients for 2 servings:
● 40g of Magic Broth nutritional protein broth
● 0.6l of water
● 250g white onions
● 2 pieces of gluten-free bread toast
● Extra virgin olive oil
● Meltable vegan 'Mozzarella'
Preparation:
● Cut the onion and sauté over low heat for 20 minutes.
● Pour in the water and bring to a boil
● Lower the heat and cook, covered, for 30 minutes until the onion is tender.
● Turn off the heat and pour the Magic Broth nutritional broth
● Serve the soup in a dish that can go in the oven.
● Toast the bread, put on top of the soup
● Sprinkle the vegan 'cheese' and gratin until it has melted.
● Serve with care as it will be very hot
To consider:
● If it is cooked or left to rest, the ingredients are emulsified and a creamier and more uniform broth results.
● Ingredients can settle forming deposits at the bottom, just stir well.
● It can be used to enhance the flavors of soups, stews, rice dishes and sauces.
● Urine may turn a deep yellow color due to vitamin B2 (thiamine).
Storage conditions
Store in a cool place (Preferably 5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry conditions (Preferably RH 55-60%) and clean.
Once the packaging is opened, close hermetically and store again under the conditions described to avoid exposure to ambient humidity, the adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.
