I appreciate the quality, the flavor, the glass bottle. I use it at the end of cooking, to macerate the sliced garlic (for 24 hours or more).
Ne apprezzo la qualità, il sapore, la bottiglia in vetro. La uso in fine cottura, per macerare l'aglio in fettine (da 24h in su).

I already knew this type of soy sauce, much less salty than the others and with a more delicate taste.

Description
Shoyu Mild de Lima is a delicious fermented soy sauce and wheat, which is used to season your favorite dishes. By using this sauce instead of salt, you reduce the amount of salt in your dishes and enhance their flavor.
Indication
Shoyu contains various essential minerals, proteins and vitamins. During the long fermentation process, enzymes transform the starch, proteins and lipids contained in raw soybeans and wheat into nutrients that are easily absorbed as they are predigested: amino acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, slow carbohydrates. During the fermentation process, a lactic acid is developed that has a beneficial effect on the intestinal flora and on the efficient absorption of nutrients. Sea salt provides minerals and trace elements.
Intake mode
It is recommended to be used as a flavor enhancer for both Western and Eastern dishes. Use them not just for salting, but also to intensify the flavor of ingredients during cooking and at the table. Shoyu's flavor is characterized by a slight hint of alcohol resulting from the fermentation of wheat. That is why it is not very suitable for prolonged heating and must be added at the end of the production process, so that it does not lose its flavor. Shoyu is perfect for pickles, woks, with rice, with noodles, with sushi, sashimi or steamed vegetables. It is delicious in combination with mirin (rice wine), wasabik ginger, or grated daikon.

Store in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
