    This is a great product and the price was good. We use it in soups, stews and even as a condiment for making vegan cheeses. It can also be made into a tasty hot drink and a great midday snack. It's not as strong as darker miso, so it's great for more delicate flavors.

    Questo è un ottimo prodotto e il prezzo era buono. Lo usiamo in zuppe, stufati e anche come condimento per la produzione di formaggi vegani. Può anche essere trasformato in una bevanda calda gustosa e un ottimo spuntino di mezzogiorno. Non è forte come il miso più scuro, quindi è ottimo per aromi più delicati.
