Description
This oil is made with olives from flight, harvested at the beginning of the campaign. The selection of the best olives of the Hojiblanca and Picual varieties and the immediate extraction upon collection guarantee a product of superior quality: maximum level of freshness and fragrance.
Indication
Intense green color and golden reflections, with an intense aroma of freshly cut grass and ripe fruit. On the palate it is fresh, almond-shaped and slightly bitter. This oil has been packaged unfiltered to preserve all its primary natural aromas and flavors. If a thin layer of dark color is seen at the bottom of the container, it is as a consequence of a natural decantation process of small olive particles contained in the oil.
