The 100% pure Edible Oil of Marnys Avocado (Persea americana) is cold pressed, has a delicate and pleasant flavor and when used does not alter the original flavor of the food.

Indication

Marnys Avocado 100% pure Edible Oil contains 50-70% minimum content of oleic acid, Omega 9 classified as an essential fatty acid for metabolism.

Avocado is a fruit that has a nutritional content of fiber, potassium, sodium, magnesium, vitamins A, C, K1, B5, B3, choline, lutein / zeaxanthin and highly monounsaturated fatty acids.

Avocado oil is predominantly monounsaturated, which can confer healthy properties for your diet and the following advantages:

It is very light, mixing well with food. Soft and delicate flavor, which enhances the flavor of foods without overpowering such as olive oil or other oils. Avocado oil supports a high cooking temperature, its "smoke point" is approximately 255ºC, higher than that of olive oil.
