Description
Umeboshi from Probios are a variety of unripe apricots that are salted for a month together with shiso leaves, then dried and left to rest for a year.
Indication
The Umeboshi of Probios have an acid-salty flavor and are used for the preparation of many dishes and drinks.
Intake mode
It is recommended to be added when cooking cereals and vegetables in place of salt. A plum dissolved in a little warm water is used to season cooked vegetables. Mixing with seed creams (sesame, sunflower, peanut), you get a sauce for dressing vegetables, cereals, legumes and fish.
Precautions
