    As I have been saying, poppy seeds along with 5 other types of seeds, I grind them and it is my natural laxative that I have been using for years. It does not spoil the intestinal flora and it is super effective. I recommend it to everyone who has constipation problems, in addition to having a lot of properties that I do not list because it would take me too long, simply excellent.
