En vez de leche de vaca en cualquier uso, repostería, cocina, con café e infusiones o sola. Es la que más me gusta de todas las que he probado de muchas otras marcas ecológicas. Y eso por su sabor, por su mayor proporción de avena, por que su azúcar proviene de la fermentación del cereal y no es añadida y por su adición de algas ricas en calcio.
