Premium range 100% Organic Ceremonial Matcha Tea from the Kagoshima region, in Kyushu, Japan.

Indication

This organic Japanese Matcha with a mild and pleasant flavor comes from the third harvest that is carried out during the fall, at an altitude of between 400 and 600 meters.

Its 12-day shading prior to harvesting increases the chlorophyll and L-theanine content, and also improves the nutritional value and flavor of the final product.

Soft green in color, Premium Matcha has the benefits and antioxidants of green tea.

Intake mode

How to prepare the perfect Matcha:

Sprinkle: Using a fine strainer, spoon or Chasaku (traditional spoon for Matcha), sprinkle 1g of Matcha into a small blending bowl.

Whisk: Add 60 ml of 80º water to the bowl and beat with an electric whisk or bamboo Chasen (traditional Matcha whisk) in a zig zag pattern until foamy.

Pour: Add your Matcha mixture to 180 ml of water or milk/vegetable drink for a Matcha Latte.

Storage conditions

Once opened, it should be stored in the fridge or refrigerator so that it maintains its color, flavor, aroma and properties. It is important to keep it away from strong odors and make sure it is tightly closed. If not already opened, it can be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Once Matcha Tea is opened, it can last from 2 to 4 months.
