Description
Celnat toasted soybeans are a legume known for their exceptional nutritional richness. These “baked” soy flakes, steamed and then roasted, require little cooking.
Indication
The history of soybeans begins thousands of years before the Christian era. Researchers say the soybeans were first grown in central or northern China, possibly Manchuria.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take 4 tsp. to s. per person and cook for 5 minutes in 100 ml of boiling water. Let swell off the heat for 2 minutes. Otherwise, directly incorporate your flakes into your salty or sweet recipe preparations such as gratins, soups, vegetable patties, donuts, cakes, cookies, breads. These flakes can enter into the composition of your “homemade” müesli by consuming them as they are at breakfast simply rehydrated with milk or in a yogurt.
