Intake mode
It is recommended at breakfast to take 2 tablespoons of flakes and mix them with milk, yogurt or fruit juice. At lunch take 2 tablespoons of flakes of any of our varieties with vegetable broth or with our soups or natural vegetables always trying to be of the time. The flakes in all cases will be poured in the last 5 minutes of cooking. At dinner take 2 tablespoons of flakes with fruit salad, vegetables or natural fruit juices.
Precautions
May contain traces of nuts, soy and sesame.
