Description
Ramen noodles are ideal wheat noodles for Asian-style soups, such as the famous Japanese ramen. They have a delicate but characteristic flavor of oriental preparations.
Intake mode
It is recommended to cook them for 4 minutes in boiling water without salt over low heat, or soak them in hot water without boiling (70-80°) for about 10 minutes, covered. Once drained and passed through cold water, submerge them in the previously prepared broth for your homemade ramen soup.
Storage conditions
Keep in a cool and dry place.
