Description
The puffed amaranth or pop amaranth is obtained by industrial processes that break the amaranth seed by heat and insufflation is produced. Its protein, vitamin and mineral content make it an interesting food for children.
Intake mode
It is recommended as the perfect companion for breakfasts and preparing desserts. It is also used in the manufacture of energy bars, mueslis, snacks and mixed with nuts. It is ideal in the diet of babies, students, athletes, convalescent people and the elderly.
Storage conditions
Store at room temperature protected from the sun. Average life of 24 months, as long as the storage conditions are respected.
