Organic spelled bulgur

Description

Celnat Bio spelled bulgur is ideal to accompany vegetable and legume dishes, fish or meat and is an excellent substitute for rice or pasta. A semi-complete cereal dish cooked in just 15 minutes.

Indication

Spelled is one of the cereals that contains the most protein, it is also a "good" quality protein, better tolerated by people with fragile intestines. Spelled is richer in minerals than wheat

Spelled bulgur is a grain that has had the husk removed, is pre-steamed, dried, and then crushed. The process of elaboration of this bulgures allows to preserve most of the nutritional qualities contained in the whole grain of the cereal. They are also low in fat.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use about 50 g per person. Pour the volume of bulgur used into twice its volume of boiling salted water. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat, covered. Let swell for 10 minutes off the heat. In the savory version, then season to your liking with a drizzle of olive oil, herbs and fresh herbs, garnish with tomatoes, onions and sautéed greens.
