    I really like this brand's tapioca flour and if packed it is strong it never comes open. It is flour, not starch, ideal for coating croquettes and making bechamel.

Indication

Better digestibility than the same product with gluten. It is an excellent source of protein, provides slow-release carbohydrates and contains, above all, magnesium and potassium. Being an ecological product there is no presence of fertilizers, pesticides, synthetic additives or chemical preservatives

Precautions

May contain traces of Corn and Sesame.
