Lubristil intense is a sterile artificial tear. It contains 0.4% hyaluronic acid cross-linked with urea, so that a mesh is formed between the hyaluronic acid and the urea. Artificial tear without preservatives.

Lubristil intense is an ophthalmic solution indicated for the restoration and improvement of the stability of the tear film in dry eye syndrome, after refractive intervention and for the relief of the eyes in case of redness (red eye), fatigue and discomfort. of the eye or ocular mucosa caused by:

• Environmental factors such as exposure to air conditioning, excessive exposure to solar radiation, wind, smoke and pollution, sea or pool water,
• Dry eyes due to excessive fatigue caused by intensive study, work, prolonged use of computer or display screens, a long period of driving
• Lacrimal abnormalities due to inflammation, eye surgery or cosmetic surgery of the eyelids, chronic blepharitis and the use of soft or semi-rigid contact lenses.

This artificial tear contains cross-linked hyaluronic acid that increases and improves the specific mechanical properties of hyaluronic acid, resisting the degradation of hyaluronidases, responsible for the degradation of hyaluronic acid, much longer than natural hyaluronic acid, thus obtaining a longer lasting lubricant and moisturizer.

The structure of the cross-linked hyaluronic acid in the form of a mesh is capable of supplying water for a prolonged period while improving the lubricating properties of natural hyaluronic acid, increasing its moisturizing effects, which is why it is indicated in dry eye syndrome.

Cross-linked hyaluronic acid is effective in eliminating free radicals, giving artificial tears a re-epithelializing action for greater protection of the corneal surface.

Lubristil intense is an artificial tear that hydrates and lubricates the cornea and conjunctiva in case of dry eye due to contact lenses.

How to apply Lubristil intense multidose?

1. Wash your hands carefully.
2. Break the security seal before the first administration.
3. Remove the protective cap and open the bottle.
4. Turn the bottle upside down and gently squeeze to instill 2 drops in each eye, unless otherwise directed by a professional.
5. The gradual emptying of the container may require the need to exert a greater pressure to allow the product to come out. This is due to the properties of the closure system to preserve sterility and the physical and chemical characteristics of solutions without preservatives.
6. After use, close the container.

The package consists of a multidose bottle with an APTAR closure system (ophthalmic dispenser), with 10 ml of product without preservatives.

Due to its characteristic viscosity, immediately after instillation it can cause blurred vision that disappears quickly.

Storage conditions

Store between 2ºC and 30ºC in a dry place, away from heat and direct exposure to sunlight.
