This refined vegetable oil is more stable against oxidation. It is an oil that almost completely loses its unsaponifiable part, which gives it its main characteristics, such as aroma, color and flavor, among others. In this unsaponifiable part, which ranges between 1% and 2%, are squalene, pigments, polyphenols and phytosterols, among others.

How to apply Grape seed vegetable oil?

It is recommended to take between 1 and 2 tablespoons a day. It is preferable to taste raw, either in dressings, salads or cold sauces. It can be used pure or mixed with other oils to alter its texture and combine its different essential nutrients.
In topical use it is ideal as a base for massages combining grape seed oil, alone or mixed 50% with sweet almond oil, it is a very good base for massage oils.
