Important that it is sustained release, strengthens the immune system, helps absorption of other substances, takes care of the skin inside and out. How to take Vitamin C Sustained Release?

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 1,000 mg, Citric Bioflavonoids 25 mg.

Tableted with: Vegetable Cellulose. Contains <2% Silicon, Vegetable Magnesium Sterate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.
