Liposomes protect nutrients to help prevent stomach acid breakdown and facilitate intracellular delivery. Liposomes are so small that they begin to be absorbed as soon as they reach the mouth.

How to take Liposomal Vitamin C?

Take a teaspoon a day. Stay in the mouth for 30 seconds or more before swallowing. It is best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. Use within 60 days of opening.
