Description
Tila Flower in bag, for the care and well-being of your body
How to take Tila?
It is recommended as an infusion to place the plant in a porcelain or thermo-resistant glass bowl or cup and pour boiling water (150-250 ml), cover and stir occasionally if desired, after 5-10 minutes strain. An infusion will be prepared for the tender parts of the plants such as leaves, flowers, flowering tops, aerial parts, as well as for some properly crushed roots.
In decoction, put the plant in water and bring to a boil for about 5-10 minutes, let it rest until it cools a bit and strain. A decoction is prepared for leathery plants or very hard plant parts such as roots, barks, stems and especially for those that contain tannins.
Composition of Tila
Linden (flower) (100%).
