Properties and benefits of Konjac organic powder
Konjac has roots containing fibers called Glucomannan. These soluble fibers will absorb 17 times their volume in water, they have a strong hygroscopic, gelling and viscous power.
Hygroscopic power: the fibers increase in volume in the presence of water in the stomach, which allows satiety through a volumizing effect.

How to take Konjac organic powder?
