How to take Bio Bourbon Geranium Essential Oil?

Oral route - Established maximum daily dose?
2 drops on a neutral support*, 2 times a day.

Neutral Support: Olive oil, sunflower, (any vegetable oil for oral use), honey, agave, a little bread.

Respiratory route - Established maximum daily dose?
3 drops in an aroma diffuser or humidifier.

Topical use - Established maximum daily dose?
Mix 5 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Precautions

Keep away from sources of heat and light. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Storage conditions

It must be kept in a dry place, protected from heat and light, in its original container.
