I take bitter chamomile daily, in infusion and liquid extract because it is a good anti-inflammatory and is very good for my stomach, since I have Crohn's and a short intestine. I am improving day by day thanks to these products and the strict diet I follow, without taking pharmacy medicines.

La manzanilla amarga la tomo a diario, en infusión y en extracto líquido pues es un buen antiinflamatorio y me va muy bien para mi tripa, ya que tengo crohn y el intestino corto. Voy mejorando día a día gracias a estos productos y a la dieta tan estricta que hago, sin tomar medicinas de farmacia.
