Description
Lev'blé BIO from Priméal is made exclusively with ingredients from organic farming: wheat and selected yeast. This yeast in synergy with the wheat leaven will develop very pleasant fragrances during fermentation, but it requires an adapted growth time.
Indication
Priméal is the benchmark organic brand of dry grocery products sold in organic stores that offers a wide range of savory and sweet grocery products. It uses ingredients from French terroirs, while ensuring local manufacturing and packaging, in Ardèche, a guarantee of the French quality of our know-how.
Intake mode
It is recommended to make the preparation by hand: 1- Mix 500 g of flour + 8 g of salt + 21 g of organic lev'blé + about 350 ml of lukewarm water (about 28 ° C). 2- Knead for ten minutes to obtain a soft but non-sticky dough. 3- Let stand for 30 minutes in a bowl covered with a damp cloth. 4- Resume the dough by lightly chasing the air that has entered to form your bread. 5- Cover the dough again and let it continue its fermentation in a room at 20 ° C for at least 2 hours 6 put in the hot oven (220-230 ° C) for about 45 minutes. It can also be used in a bread machine: pour the ingredients into the tank and follow the complete bread program.
