Pure fish oil

Description

Lamberts Fish Oil contains 1100mg of fish oil. The beneficial ingredients in fish oil are two fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Indication

These are omega 3 fatty acids and are important for:
• maintaining a healthy heart.
• help maintain joint mobility.
• maintain healthy skin.

Intake mode

1-3 Lamberts capsules daily, with food

Precautions

People using blood thinning drugs or aspirin should consult their doctor before taking fish oil.
