Properties and benefits of Omega 3 (EPA & DHA)

It is especially beneficial for pregnant women, athletes, children, people with cognitive difficulties (concentration or memory deficit) and people with autoimmune problems.

How to take Omega 3 (EPA & DHA)?

It is recommended for children up to 6 years old, we recommend 1 pearl a day. Between 6 and 16 years we recommend 2 pearls a day. In adults we recommend between 3 and 9 pearls depending on the objectives pursued. For better absorption, we recommend dividing the intake after meals.

Product for use in adults. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a balanced diet. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.

Fish oil TG EPA 10 / DHA 50, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin E, softgel capsule (bovine gelatin and glycerin). Allergens: fish.
