Description
Evening primrose oil from Bioener is obtained from primrose seeds from organic cultivation (evening primrose, Oenothera biennis L), following a cold pressing process (first pressure).
Indication
Evening primrose oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, among which are linoleic acid and gammalinoleic acid (GLA), which are two essential omega 6 fatty acids, which fulfill multiple basic functions in the body. Among other functions, these fatty acids are the precursors of prostaglandin molecules, with an important regulatory action related to skin hydration and the menstrual cycle.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take with meals, or as directed by a health professional.
