Description

Evening Primrose + Vitamin E from Obire is a food supplement with 10% GLA to regulate premenstrual symptoms and improve skin.

Indication

The oil is extracted by pressure from its seeds and maintains its abundant amount of essential fatty acids, beneficial for the skin and premenstrual symptoms if taken during the second half of the cycle (feeling of swelling, breast pain, acne, irritability, depression , abdominal pain and headaches),

The gamma linoleic acid that it contains is essential since from it our body can synthesize arachidonic and gamma linolenic acids but we cannot do it in reverse, and its deficiency would cause dryness and skin irritations, abnormalities in the liver, alterations in production of certain molecules and even growth problems in children.

Intake mode

It is recommended as a supplement in the diet to take three pearls a day.
