I use it whenever I have guards to prevent bloating and cramps due to poor digestion and although it doesn't work miracles, I do notice that it helps. The format is very good, they are candy-like tablets that taste good (slightly minty). I take two after a meal as indicated on the product.

Lo uso cuanto tengo guardias para prevenir la hinchazón y los cólicos por mala digestión y aunque no hace milagros sí noto que ayuda. El formato está muy bien, son pastillas que se pueden tomar tipo caramelo y saben bien (ligeramente mentolado). Yo tomo dos después de la comida tal y como indica el producto.
